When Winnebago rolled out plans for their 2025 Factory Authorized Sales Event, they needed to move fast and make it feel big. With summer sales season heating up and key campaign details still in motion, we jumped in with sleeves rolled up and ideas firing.

Starting Engines While the Map Was Still Loading

Our creative development kicked off before the brief even landed. Dealer needs? Evolving. Legal fine print? In flux. But when timelines are tight and the pressure’s on, that’s when our DKY Sprint-mode kicks into full gear. We laid down the foundational messaging and design system early, building a flexible campaign framework that could adapt and scale with the client’s evolving needs.

Bold Creative To Drive Engagement

We began by designing a campaign logo with real road presence—bold, energetic, and built for visibility across digital and in-dealer touchpoints. From there, the look and feel carried into a full suite of assets: promotional detailers, landing pages, videos, retail signage, direct mail, digital ads, and a dealer toolkit to amplify outreach.

The toolkit itself was packed with customizable content and creative that made it easy for dealers to jump in and start promoting right away. Because empowering partners is just good mileage.

We managed a full-scale, omnichannel production sprint to get the campaign off the ground in about 4 weeks.
