We also helped execute product launch press tours and niche media influencer alignments to keep momentum high.
Now, we’re working side-by-side on two major fronts: custom application development and dealer event planning and execution. Custom App Development: From Idea to Dealer Workflow
Dealer Demo App
One vital piece of the puzzle is the Honda Dealer Demo App, designed to give Honda’s Powersports dealers better oversight of their demo inventory and demo scheduling. Dealers can track demo units, plan rides, manage bookings and capture insights that inform future lead nurturing activity. The result? A smoother demo experience, happier riders and more visibility into what’s generating momentum in the field.
Dealer Evaluation App
Another cornerstone is the Dealer Evaluation App, built to support Honda’s field sales team as they visit dealers quarterly. Dealers are graded on key brand standards including indoor and outdoor signage, product displays, and information compliance. This platform allows everything to be captured, scored, and reviewed directly in the app, where all the data is now unified, traceable and immediate.
Inventory Management App (In Development)
Looking ahead, DKY is helping to design and develop an inventory management app that will become the heartbeat of dealer ordering. This application will allow Honda to allocate product intelligently and will reflect an intuitive design to make the experience more user-friendly.
Dealer Events: Building Unity and Strategy through Experiences
The digital tools are powerful, but we believe the power of in-person connection is equally important. DKY supports Honda in planning and executing two major event types:
- Powersports Dealer Advisory Board (PDAB): A strategic panel of dealers representing diverse geographies, formats and business models. These meetings are business-focused with strategic exploration and dealer insights, but also built for relationship-building. DKY supports property research, logistics and overall event management so Honda can focus on the agenda, the voice of the dealer and the outcomes.
- National Powerhouse Dealer Event: This annual gathering brings all Tier #5 Powerhouse dealers together. It combines business sessions with rewarding experiences at top-notch destinations. DKY is helping plan, arrange and manage every detail of their 2026 Powerhouse Dealer Event.
