DKY Supports Winnebago Industries Leadership Summit with Strategic Event Marketing Team

Earlier this fall, DKY supported Winnebago Industries’ annual Leadership Summit, a three-day event centered on the theme of “Building Our Future.” The event brought together executive and senior leaders from Winnebago Industries, as well as the main business units of Barletta, Chris-Craft, Grand Design RV, Newmar and Winnebago. 

The Leadership Summit was designed to build relationships, nurture alignment, reinforce vision, share enterprise updates and gain insights from guest speakers on topics ranging from the latest workplace and marketplace trends to fostering a culture of innovation. 

DKY played a key role in supporting the big event, including:

+ Event strategy and planning

+ Theme development and creative design

+ Event agenda and presentation support

+ Stage design and production support, in cooperation with metroConnections

+ Venue coordination, including hospitality and event execution

+ Attendee communications

+ Event app design and management

+ Development of seven videos to complement presentations

+ Vendor management

DKY previously supported the Winnebago Industries Leadership Summit in 2021 and 2020. To help distinguish this year’s event from previous gatherings, DKY included fresh elements to the creative design and execution, enhancing the stage with a stunning backdrop highlighting the event’s theme. The team also reoriented the hall to create a more visually engaging and intimate environment for attendees.

Additionally, DKY enhanced the event with professionally produced videos and digital content. This included using an app that gave attendees easy access to information and resources. With everything they needed at the click of a button, attendees were free to focus on the core elements of the Summit.
