At our February 2020 First Friday staff meeting, we announced three strategic changes to our agency team.
DKY Digital Services
Donnie Potter has been promoted to Vice President of Digital. In his new role, Donnie will provide vision and leadership for DKY’s Digital services, including UX research and design, web and mobile app architecture and development, digital marketing, and marketing technology integration. Donnie has been with DKY for 17 years in a variety of creative and digital roles, most recently as our Director of Interactive.
DKY PR and Content
Holly Donato has been promoted to Vice President, PR and Content. She joined DKY in 2016, and quickly established the agency’s PR/content practice as a Director. In her new role, Holly will provide leadership and oversight for DKY public relations, media relations, content marketing, and social media services.
DKY Project Management
Tracy McCrory has been hired as a Senior Project Manager. She is an experienced account service professional with previous stints at Windmill Strategy, Gage, LaBreche, catchfire, and Carmichael Lynch. She joins the DKY account team following a consulting project designed to optimize agency systems and processes.
“Our mission is to help good people build brands of great impact. And to accomplish this, we need the right people on our team,” said agency President Brian Dahl. “Tracy, Donnie, and Holly are well-qualified and accomplished in their careers. But more importantly, they are wonderful human beings with a clear commitment to serving others and making a positive impact in the world.”
2019 Team DKY Additions
The changes announced to our team in February were followed closely on the heels of three staff additions announced in late 2019:
- Kendall Bird joined DKY in August from Collegis Education, bringing our Social Media practice in-house.
- Hayley Monsma, former Graphic Designer at E&M Consulting, joined DKY as a Production Artist in September.
- In October, Brynn Daniels accepted a position as an Account Manager, transitioning to the agency from long-standing DKY client, Winnebago Industries.
“This is an exciting time for DKY,” added Joe Peterson, VP of Account Services. “The agency’s growth has a pretty simple formula: to serve our clients with humility and excellence. We are grateful for the DKY staff, and for a legacy of amazing client partnerships.”
