DKY continues to add talent to support the agency’s growing practice groups and new business opportunities. Most recently, DKY hired a new group account director, Tim Holmes, to lead our Agriculture and B2B units.
Tim Holmes Brings Strategic Leadership Experience to the Job
Holmes is a seasoned marketing communications professional with more than 20 years of experience executing and leading campaigns in both agency and corporate settings. In his role at DKY, Holmes is responsible for leading the Agriculture and B2B practice groups, owning and championing account plans, fostering internal and external client relationships, driving initiatives that help clients achieve their business objectives, and developing new business opportunities.
Holmes also helps ensure DKY teams and talent are appropriately aligned to foster continuous creativity and innovation, effectively support client needs and consistently deliver best-in-class account service.
In his short time at DKY, Holmes has helped clients develop brand architecture for their digital ecommerce environment, conduct long-term planning and kick off digital campaigns.

Prior to joining DKY, Holmes worked as a marketing director for Land O’ Lakes, where he oversaw the long-term strategy of an approximately $50M division, developing the vision, value proposition, and various strategic imperatives.
His past agency experience is deep as well, with leadership roles at Martin Williams Advertising, Campbell Mithun and Bolin Marketing, helping clients tell stories, strengthen partnerships and build brands through integrated marketing communications campaigns.
Holmes received his B.A. in communications and journalism from St. John Fisher University.
