Three new team members have come on board to support DKY’s growing business and help drive content development, event planning and creative production. In 2022, DKY has grown its team by 15 percent, with no plans to slow down.
Luke Yaeger joins DKY as a video content manager after an internship at DKY during his college years and working on various agency video projects as a freelance producer and editor. In Yaeger’s current role, his responsibilities include working with production partners, contributing to the visual direction of projects, shooting and editing videos, and cataloging assets for ongoing marketing needs.
DKY also welcomes Orionna Brisbois as an account manager and event specialist. With notable event planning and hospitality management experience, Brisbois has jumped in to plan and manage the marketing logistics for a number of highly visible client leadership events.
Finally, Grace Dahl has joined the DKY team as a production artist. She helps DKY’s creative team develop graphic materials, conduct website maintenance, package creative assets, and manage display and advertising projects. Dahl works closely with DKY’s production and program management teams to ensure print and digital quality standards are achieved.
Luke Yaeger Brings Creative Vision and Video Production to DKY
Yaeger, son of DKY partner Mark Yaeger, began his career as a junior creative for the agency, catching his dad’s love and talent for creating highly visual content. Both Yaegers have worked on numerous projects for Winnebago, including a recent favorite capturing employee interviews.
During the last year, Yaeger worked as an independent contractor based in England, producing a wide range of videos, from weddings to corporate promotions. His degree in graphic design and studies in cinematography and film, along with his experience as a licensed drone pilot, brings a unique perspective to the videos that he creates.
“Luke is an experienced videographer and skilled editor with a knack for creating high-quality, professional videos that hit the mark with clients and target audiences,” said Mike Dobies, executive creative director and partner at DKY. “His decision to join DKY’s team full-time is gratifying since he has proven himself on many DKY projects already and he’s a top talent. Plus, he’s simply a great guy who everyone loves to work with on projects.”
Orionna Brisbois Delivers Energy and Precision to Client Events
In her role at DKY, Brisbois is planning and managing events for long-time client Winnebago Industries. She helps clients create the strategy and vision for their events. She also digs in on the details, ranging from timelines and budgets to site selection and vendor management. Brisbois consistently develops top-notch run-of-show elements with impeccable execution.
Previously, Brisbois worked as an event planner and consultant for organizations, such as The School Leadership Project, Paula Forbes Solution, The Bush Foundation and WorkLight. In these positions, she coordinated logistics for conferences, community events and national school visits.
Over the past few months, as a contractor, Brisbois worked with the Winnebago account team to successfully support a number of high-profile leadership and industry events.
“We are thrilled to add Orionna to our team full-time. She has the ability to make the complex look incredibly simple,” said Joe Peterson, vice president of account services and partner at DKY. “She understands the big picture and the myriad details that are necessary for flawless execution of events, all while remaining cool and calm under pressure. Numerous clients have commented on how much of a joy it is to work with her.”
Grace Dahl Uses Artistic Skills to Develop Compelling Content
Dahl, daughter of DKY President Brian Dahl, started her career as a graphic designer for Grand Canyon University, where she also earned a B.A. in this discipline. She later worked for Tempe-based Endurance International Group as a web designer.
Since joining DKY, Dahl has worked on a variety of client projects. Two notable ones have included Winnebago’s 2022 Dealer Meeting and the upcoming Grand National Rally, two large events requiring eye-catching materials and displays for attendees.
She has also developed digital templates to create visually appealing and consistent content for clients and DKY across owned channels.
“Grace is a gifted creative talent,” said Lori Sjoquist, production manager at DKY. “She is able to handle a multitude of projects across many platforms. We are always able to count on her ‘can-do’ attitude.”
