DKY President Brian Dahl leads our agency with not only his vision for the business, but also with his heart to make a difference. He is intentional about helping good people build brands of great impact.
Today, we are introducing a new video series called the DKY Leadership Corner.
The series will feature Brian (and the other agency partners) sharing a glimpse into what’s happening at DKY, reflecting on the state of the marketing industry and the primary markets we serve (B2B, Ag, Outdoor and Faith-based Nonprofit), and commenting on what lies ahead.
In this first installment, learn how Brian got his start in marketing and what gets him excited about work each day. Hear what he’s most proud of during the last, challenging year and how the long journey to find DKY’s new office has been a marathon and a major milestone.
Through it all, Brian says the people and connections are the most meaningful, noting:
“We’ve worked really hard to stay humble about the work and we look for people who approach work with humility. To me, those are the people who stay over the long haul because they are really there, not for themselves, but for others. When everyone is looking out for each other, it creates a great work environment.”
